ORDER PREPARATION
We need 1-3 business days to prepare for shipment toys, furniture and other items. Busy boards will be ready to ship in a week.
Please note that we don’t work on weekends. Also please remember that production and delivery are two different processes and have their own terms.
PAYMENTS
For your shopping convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world. Also, you may pay through Paypal. The prices are in US Dollars. If we agree upon a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. The shipping fee is paid by the recipient in advance.
SHIPPING
We ship with USPS, UPS, DHL Express, DPD, FedEx. Nova Post delivery companies from Ukraine.
Estimated delivery time:
- The USA, the UK, Canada, and Europe – 6-12 business days.
- Asia, Japan, and Australia – 9-18 business days.
- Rest of the world - 12-22 business days.
Keep in mind that international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The amount of taxes depends on the laws of the receiving country.
There is no need to pay any duties if you are from the USA.
GUARANTEES
We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.
We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty for kid's furniture and a 1-year manufacturing warranty for busy boards and dollhouses. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges. In case the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer.
In case you want to return because of damage of the items, we will send you a new product for free.
Contact us after delivery. Ship items back within 14 days after you received the package.
We don't accept cancellations on customized goods. The return and exchange of customized orders are discussed individually.
