What are your delivery times?

Estimated delivery time:

  • The USA, the UK, Canada, and Europe – 7-12 business days.
  • Asia, Japan, and Australia – 9-18 business days.
  • Rest of the world - 14-25 business days.

BUT!!!! International delivery is unpredictable, and possible delays at customs. 

How much will shipping cost?

The exact shipping price for your order will appear during the check-out flow.

Shipping price is dependent on your location, dimensions, and weight of the parcel. Kid's furniture has the heaviest weight, so its shipping cost will be the highest.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Do you give any guarantees that I’ll get my order?

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free.
Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link for your order upon shipping from our warehouse. The tracking link will be provided by the chosen courier.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to odeas.right.toys@gmail.com, as soon as possible.

Please note, it is only possible to cancel your order, if it has not yet shipped.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Mistakes sometimes happen. We are very sorry when it does… Please contact our customer service team so the mistake can be corrected and they can help you.

Do you offer any returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery costs lie with the customer.

In case you want to return because of damage of the items, we will send you a new product for free.

How long do you prepare my order?

We need 1-3 business days to prepare the order for shipment. The production time for furniture and busy boards is indicated in the product card.

How do I return my product?

You should inform us about your intention to return the position within 5 days starting from the parcel arrival date and send it back by airmail within 2 weeks for your own cost. Once we get the parcel back we will refund you the order value.

In case the parcel is lost during delivery we will send you the same item or refund the full cost of the order.

If the parcel was returned by our local post office because you did not pick up your parcel on time, will refund you the order value without shipping cost.

How do I care for my product?

For the production of furniture and toys, we use water-based paints and varnishes. Therefore, to clean toys, busy boards, and furniture, wipe them with a damp cloth without abrasive or chemical cleaners. Then all surfaces must be wiped out dry. Soap can be used for heavy soiling.

Do you provide a warranty?

We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty for children's furniture and a 1-year
manufacturing warranty for busy boards and dollhouses. If the product exhibits any damage that arises from the quality of manufacturing or materials during its use, we will provide a replacement.
