Warranty

We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty for kid's furniture and a 1-year manufacturing warranty for busy boards and dollhouses. If the product exhibits any damage that arises from the quality of manufacturing or materials during its use, we will provide a replacement.

Please, send the following info to our email (odeas.right.toys@gmail.com):

• Order number.
• Name and email that you provided when placing the order.
• Photos and description of the imperfections.

We identify the part and send you the replacement for free, covering all the shipping costs.

Please avoid placing the items outside as they are designed exclusively for indoor use. It's important to note that our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
